GTTA PRESIDENT MAWUKO AFADZINU IN TUNIS FOR ITTF-AFRICA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Ghana Table Tennis Association (GTTA) President, Mawuko Afadzinu, who also serves as the Executive Vice President (Marketing) of the African Table Tennis Federation (ATTF), is currently in Tunis, Tunisia, attending the ITTF-Africa Annual General Meeting (AGM), held alongside the ongoing 2025 African Table Tennis Championships.

The AGM brings together presidents and representatives of table tennis federations from across the continent to deliberate on key issues shaping the future of the sport in Africa. Discussions at the meeting are expected to cover administrative reforms, development strategies, continental competitions, and ways to enhance youth participation and technical growth.

Mr. Afadzinu’s presence underscores Ghana’s continued commitment to contributing actively to the governance and growth of table tennis on the African continent. Over the years, he has played an instrumental role in promoting collaboration between the GTTA, ITTF-Africa, and the global table tennis community.

The meeting also provides a valuable platform for networking, sharing best practices, and exploring opportunities to strengthen Ghana’s table tennis development initiatives through international partnerships.
