GHANA REACHES QUARTERFINALS OF 2024 ITTF AFRICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

The Black Loopers of Ghana have reached the quarterfinals stage of the Teams' event at the ongoing 2024 ITTF African Championships in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Led by Captain Cynthia Kwabi, the team defeated Rwanda 3-1, showcasing an impressive performance to advance to the next stage.

Cynthia Kwabi triumphed over Chantai Hirwa and Hervine Tumukunde 3-1 in her respective matches, while Celia Baah-Danso defeated Mbabazi Twizerane 3-2. However, Juanita Borteye lost her group match 2-3 to Hervine Tumukunde. This victory redeems their opening loss to South Africa.
